NCA has served law enforcement professionals since 1965 and realizes the importance of security and privacy. All information you provide for quoting purposes is confidential and is only used for rating and eligibility purposes. NCA never provides names, addresses, phone numbers or any other non-public personal information to any third party other than the insurance companies we underwrite through, their appointed qualifying organizations and other entities required for the rating of insurance. NCA values its relationship with you and protecting the privacy of your information is of the greatest importance to us. As an insurance provider, we are regulated by the Federal and State laws protecting the confidentiality of your information as well as our use and disclosure of it. Quote and Application Information We Collect From You:

This includes information you provide us when applying for our products, either on the Internet, by phone, or by other means. It includes information such as your name, address, vehicle descriptions, date of birth, social security number and driver's license number.

Information We Collect From Third Parties:

This includes information we collect from the consumer reporting agencies and other parties. It includes information such as motor vehicle reports, consumer credit information, insurance histories, and claims reports.

Information About Your Transactions:

This includes information about your transactions with others, including our affiliates and us. It includes information such as your policy coverage levels, account balances, claims history, and billing information.

You can browse our website anonymously and find information about NCA and our products. NCA collects general information about Web site visits as a part of our business tracking. This information does not identify you personally, and is used to enhance your Web site experience. We may provide your information to adjusters and other appropriate business entities that make any necessary repairs to your vehicles when you were involved in a claim. We may provide your information to others whom we determine need such information to perform insurance or other professional functions for us. These may include parties helping us with the administrative services and financial institutions with which we have marketing agreements. We may supply information as required by search warrant, subpoena, or legal process, with state insurance departments, or other law enforcement or government authorities when required by law, or to protect our own legal interest in the event of suspected illegal or fraudulent activities.

Email Communication

As an NCA customer, NCA will send you email notices relating to your policy and our products and services, such as billing notices, confirmations of changes, changes to our products, and other NCA-specific communications. You may NOT opt out of these NCA-specific emails that relate to your primary usage of our service and products; and you agree to receive these if you make a purchase.  Prior to purchasing a policy or after canceling your NCA policy, NCA may send you emails such as a quote confirmation emails or reminder emails. You may opt out of the future reminders emails at that time by following instructions on the email.

Confidential and Secured Environment

NCA uses encryption technology to protect your information. Our Web servers have been enabled with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing personal information provided to NCA during a secured session.

The employees of NCA are required to sign a Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement. Each employee has been instructed on maintaining the privacy of each customer and the importance of protecting the customer's personal information. We maintain strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information.
